Dreamforce Map + 10 Mouth-Watering Eats within a 10 Min Walk

The Dreamforce campus is in the heart of the South of Market (SoMo) area of San Francisco, just south of Union Square. This year the event will take place at the Moscone Center, Marriott Marquis, InterContinental, The Palace Hotel, Hilton Union Square, The Park Central (formerly Westin Market Street), Century Theaters & Bespoke at Westfield, and AMC Metreon Theaters.

Although meals are provided with a full conference pass, sometimes you just need to step away from the hustle and bustle for lunch or grab a nice dinner with your new Dreamforce mates. That’s why we’ve compiled a list of 10 must-eat-at restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the Dreamforce campus. Read it and drool!

 Super Duper Burgers

  • For when you’re craving: a juicy burger, garlic fries, and a milkshake
  • Location: 783 Mission Street San Francisco, CA 94103

  • What’s the word: “Burgers are easy to find but difficult to find made this well! Easily in the top 5 burgers I’ve ever eaten. Not to mention everything is fresh including house made pickles! The soft serve ice cream is a delicious post burger treat.” Brigitte O., Yelp Reviewer

Named one of Eater’s essential restaurants in San Francisco, Super Duper Burgers is continually ranked among the best burgers in the Bay Area. All of their beef is humanely-raised, 100% vegetarian-fed and ground fresh daily. Everyone raves about their garlic fries. If the regular menu just doesn’t do it for you, order off their secret menu.


Jamber Wine Pub

  • For when you’re craving: A laid-back atmosphere to enjoy a bite, wine on tap, and draft beer

Even though Jamber has 20 wines on tap (no bottles), their menu is anything but hoity-toity. Where else can you find Mac & Cheese pizza, spicy cauliflower, Parmesan & Rosemary Mashed Potater Tots, and a PB2 sandwich complete with pork belly, peanut butter, and cranberry-walnut jam?! No wonder Jamber was named one of the coolest bars in town.



  • For when you’re craving: Fancy Moroccan cuisine showcasing the rich and vibrant flavors of Morocco in new ways that harmonize with the fresh, local, artisanal ingredients, and the spirit of innovation of Northern California.

  • What’s the word: “Standouts were definitely the smoky eggplant (jaw-droppingly tear-formingly good!), the blueberry foie gras (surprisingly exquisite and decorative), and certainly the lamb — it was the most tender, least gamey lamb I’ve ever tried! Come here if you’re wanting fancy. Whether you want to grab a bite at the bar or go all-in on a tasting menu, there’s lots to enjoy, including wine selected by a Master Sommelier. From the magnificent 10-foot tree root that greats you, to harmony of exposed brick and cement with the modern decor, there are few places in the city as beautiful to dine in.


 Ginto Izakaya Japonaise

  • For when you’re craving: Japanese menus, from sushi and yakitori to noodles, served in lofty, stylish digs with a marble bar.

The venue is pretty large so grabbing lunch in between Dreamforce sessions shouldn’t be a problem. Or grab a late-night bite here; it was named one of Eater’s Killer Late Night Dining Deals.


Zero Zero

  • For when you’re craving: Really good pizza, the kind named a must-have in all of San Francisco

Pizza is an obvious choice at Zero Zero (voted the “Best Pizza in San Francisco”), but their menu also showcases homemade pastas, a variety of market-fresh appetizers, and artisan soft serve. Sit at one of the two big time bars with a selection of seasonal house cocktails, beers, and 12 wines on tap.


The Cavelier

  • For when you’re craving: Upscale British food like a bacon sandwich and fish ‘n chips (you’d be a fool to not get)

The Cavalier is a London inspired brasserie from owners and creators of the critically acclaimed San Francisco restaurants Marlowe and Park Tavern. The Marlowe burger is named one of the top 50 things you need to eat in San Francisco before you die. It’s also good for large groups and was named one of the coolest bars in town.


Colibri Mexican Bistro – Our Fave!

  • For when you’re craving: Authentic family Mexican food with fresh, high-quality ingredients

  • What’s the word: “This is authentic central Mexican food, meaning there are NO burritos on the menu. Located just a block west of Union Square in the Theater District, Colibri combines the simplicity of authentic family recipes with fresh, high-quality ingredients to bring diners unparalleled, delectable Mexican cuisine in a charming, turn of the century cantina setting. The Fly Trap

  • For when you’re craving: An infusion of Mediterranean food with Persian influence

  • What’s the word: “Walking by we thought this place was some wine or trendy hipster bar but its actually a Persian gem of a restaurant. The executive chef was handling the front and he was more then helpful with the menu. Very unique flavors and a great atmosphere.” -Devin E., Yelp Reviewer

The Braised Lamb Abgoosht is a popular dish in Iran and The Fly Trap’s version was named one of the 50 things you need to eat in San Francisco before you die. The lamb is braised until stupid tender, the kind that a fork just needs to quiver near to fall in a stew of chickpeas, potatoes, turmeric, and preserved lime. There’s plenty of vegetarian options too.


Kin Khoa

  • For when you’re craving: Delicious Thai food that stays true to its origin, made with seasonal produce and sustainably raised or caught meats and seafood.

Pinned as one of the best Thai restaurants in the Bay Area, Kin Khoa is located within the Parc 55 Wyndham hotel and is becoming quite the spot. In fact, it’s been called the most ambitious Thai opening ever in the bay area. They make all their curry pastes, sauces, and relishes in-house daily.


Mazarine Coffee

  • For when you’re craving: An artfully assembled collection of coffee that’s not from the “other chain”

Mazarine gets its inspiration from a majestic French library, felt through its design and ambiance. They have an extensive coffee selection from single origin espresso to nitro cold brew. They measure the coffee grinds to the milligram, the temperature to the degree Fahrenheit, and even count the number of swirls. In addition to coffee and espresso, they offer beer, sandwiches, and pastries.
